Shipping Terms and Conditions

Please inspect the plant thoroughly before checkout.
All plants will be Express Posted on Monday - Wednesday to Queensland. 

Other States Monday-Tuesday Only unless customer requests otherwise.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express.
Cost is $18 for orders up to 1kg 

and $25 for orders from 1kg to 5kg.

If the box is over the Australia post limit for 5kg or the total order is over 5kg, there may be extra shipping costs involved, if this is the case I will contact you and discuss the extra shipping.

Unfortunately, we can only ship to Quarantine States WA, NT and TAS unless the buyer organises a concierge. Please note that this must be organised by buyer with the concierge service provider before purchase and delivery address must be updated on checkout to the concierge address.

Please keep in mind
Some plants listed as available stock, may have been in stock for some time. Natural changes can occur during this time, such as plant growth, shape change and the development of new appendage's. As a result, the plant you receive may appear slightly different from the original photos. This is an expected part of their growth and development.

We will ensure quality care with packaging though will not take responsibility for Australia posts mishandling and any damage that may occur through shipping.

All plants and pots are secured to the box and provided with extra stuffing (tissues/newspaper/paper towels, bubblewrap ) to avoid any movement and minimize risk of damage in transport. The products we use to send/protect your plant may vary depending on what we think will be most suitable for the plant, however we always package with the utmost of care.
